Patry Design is an independent software studio operated by François Patry in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. We respect your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it across the patry.design website and the apps we publish.

The website

The patry.design website does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not set cookies. The only third-party request the page makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the Literata, Inter, and JetBrains Mono typefaces; Google may log the IP address that requests these fonts in accordance with their own policy.

Our apps

Each app we publish — NudgeNest, Rooteen, MapleSafe, SoundGuard — has its own privacy policy describing exactly what data, if any, that app handles. We are committed to keeping data collection minimal:

• No advertising identifiers, no advertising SDKs, no data brokers.
• No location tracking unless a feature explicitly requires it.
• Where sync is needed, we use Apple's CloudKit — your data stays in your iCloud account.
• You can delete your data at any time, directly from the app.
