Use of the website

The patry.design website is provided for informational purposes about our studio and the apps we publish. You may browse and link to it freely. The content, including text, illustrations, logos, and screenshots, is the property of Patry Design and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Use of our apps

Each app we publish is distributed through the Apple App Store and is governed by the App Store's standard licensing terms in addition to any in-app terms specific to that product. Where an app offers paid features, all transactions are processed by Apple under their refund and billing policies.

Disclaimers

We work hard to ship reliable, useful software, but our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by Quebec and Canadian law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or apps.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or the relevant app.
